AuctionSage Interface to Dazzle/Endicia

AS will send the buyer's address as well as the shipping method (Priority Mail, First Class, Media Mail, Bookrate) and insurance option and other information to Dazzle and bring Dazzle to the forefront so you can print the label and postage.

• Dazzle must be running and the label layout displayed (not addressbook)
• From the AS Invoice/Data screen drop down the Print Label menu and select "Send Address to Dazzle"

If you aren't a DAZzle/Endicia 'premium service' subscriber be sure to uncheck this preference in the AuctionSage File - Setup menu or you will receive an error message from DAZzle when using this feature. For non-premium service users, AS sends the address only.

Rubber Stamps Options

• Rubber Stamp 1

In Dazzle insert Rubber Stamp1 on the label and check the box to "Link to Address list field" and choose Rubber Stamp1. Set the font preferences and place the rubber stamp on the label. AuctionSage will send the invoice number to RubberStamp1. Of course, if you don't want the invoice number printed on the label you don't have to use RubberStamp1

• Rubber Stamp 2

Insert Rubber Stamp2 on the label and link to address field Rubber Stamp2. If the item you are printing the label for is insured this rubber stamp will print "INSURED". If you check "Self-insured" on the invoice screen it will still display "INSURED" but it won't send the insurance option and so you wont pay the insurance fee via endicia.
