Windows 7 Win 8 & Vista Users Click Here for Your Update

For some versions of Vista AuctionSage is installed to Program Files(x86). For others it installs to Program Files. For those where it is installed to Program Files (x86) download the Win 7 Update. The only difference between the two update files is where they extract to. In any case you can click the BROWSE button on the extractor and locate the folder where your auctionsage.exe is located and then click UNZIP

Instructions for Updating

You only need to download the most recent update. Each update contains all fixes/improvements for all previous updates. You should always update to the most current version even if you don't need any of the new features.

• Close AuctionSage if you have it Running
• Download update.exe and run the update
• By default the update is set to the default install location which is C:\Program Files\AuctionSage
• If you Installed AuctionSage to the Default location just click Unzip
• If you chose a different folder to Install AuctionSage to then Click "Browse" and locate the Folder where auctionsage.exe resides. Then Click Unzip
• Now Run AuctionSage and you are Updated. To Confirm that you did everything correctly Click on the Help Menu and Select "About AuctionSage" and Verify the Version Number
• If after updating you discover that AuctionSage can not longer refresh data or do anything else requiring internet access it usually means you are running Norton AV and the Norton AV firewall is blocking access for AuctionSage. You must configure the Norton AV firewall to allow internet access for AuctionSage. Click here for instructions from the Symantec site.
