Instructions for Updating

You only need to download the most recent update. Each update contains all fixes/improvements for all previous updates. You should always update to the most current version even if you don't need any of the new features.

• Download update.exe and remember the folder you saved it to
• Close AuctionSage if you have it Running
• Double Click on update.exe
• By default it will Unzip to the Default Install Folder (C:\Program Files\AuctionSage)
• If you Installed AuctionSage to the Default Install Folder Click Unzip
• If you chose a different folder to Install AuctionSage to then Click "Browse" and locate the Folder where AuctionSage.exe resides. Then Click Unzip
• Now Run AuctionSage and you are Updated. To Confirm that you did everything correctly Click on the Help Menu and Select "About AuctionSage" and Verify the Version Number
• If after updating you discover that AuctionSage can not longer refresh data or do anything else requiring internet access it usually means you are running Norton AV and the Norton AV firewall is blocking access for AuctionSage. You must configure the Norton AV firewall to allow internet access for AuctionSage. Click here for instructions from the Symantec site.
